After we resolve your issues, we’ll let you know what we did and how we did it, in easy-to-understand language that helps you feel confident about your Mac. Be comforted by the fact that we are a Mac shop only. Sorry, we do not work on Windows PCs. Mac Doctor believes that by helping you understand what we know, we can grow stronger and more helpful. If we are doing our job, you should feel like you don't need us. Anyone can solve problems using a manual. However, it takes ingenuity and experience to troubleshoot problems that don’t fit the usual mold. We thrive on the challenge of the unusual. Mac Doctor doesn’t believe in Band-Aids. We’ll fix your problem and then move to maintain and repair your Mac with a preventive plan. If Mac Doctor doesn’t have an immediate solution to your problem, we aren’t afraid to tell you that we don’t know. But we’ll tirelessly research the issue until we do find a solution that gets your Mac running smoothly again.
