- We have a seven day cancellation policy. Full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee will be given on all cancellations made prior to the seven days before your arrival date. If cancellation is made less than seven days prior to your arrival and we are able to rent your room, full refund will be issued minus the $25.00 processing fee. Late arrivals are accepted provided we are notified in advance. Normally check in is between the hours of 2pm and 6pm.
