Having represented both individuals and companies for nearly fifteen years, Damian's practice is devoted to serving individuals in need of representation related to a variety of employment matters. He represents clients in federal and state courts related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and contract disputes.
