- Unless stated otherwise on the confirmation issued by the B&B, reservations may be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival with no penalty. Within 30 days, refunds will be issued for any/all days which can rebooked. Credit cards are charged the full amount 30 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made in advance with the hosts. Presentation of the actual plastic credit card and cardholder signature will be required at check-in to complete the transaction. Our cancellation policies vary by season so be sure to read the B&B-issued confirmation letter.
