We are pleased to say we received outstanding service from Andrew O'Gara with Keep Up Appearances. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. We thought the odds were against finding such efficient service in any one company. Andrew O'Gara, owner, is courteous and professional.
We received a “Thank you for your interest” reply within hours of submitting an online, job quote, request. We received a detailed estimate and a detailed explanation of how the job would be done, and why it would be done that way. This repsonse contained a link to accept the estimate. We picked first, second and third choices. This took place starting on a Saturday afternoon, by Monday morning we had our appointment set.
Mr O'Gara called the night before the appointment, to confirm he was coming, reiterated what would be done, and then gave us a “head's Up” call the morning of the job, 30 minutes prior to his arrival.
Keep Up Appearances gave us a total house wash, from top to bottom. The house and surrounding shrubbery were thoroughly rinsed prior to washing, then washed. Dirt and mold were removed from every part of the exterior. The entire house and surrounding shrubbery were thoroughly rinsed again. The results are outstanding. The before and after appearance of the house exterior is literally like the difference between night and day.
We could not be more pleased with the results. We confidently recommend Keep Up Appearances and would certainly employ them again.
