- Kayak Chicago is a Chicago based outfitter with four, on-water locations in Chicago offering kayak rentals, lessons and tours on both the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. We offer guided tours through the city to watch the fireworks, learn about the history of the river and architectural marvels or just relax and enjoy the view. Kayak rentals are available at all four locations to explore on your own. No experience is needed. We provide all instruction, guiding and equipment. Come paddle with us.
