I have a condo in Hyde Park that has been rented since I moved out of Illinois; 2011. I have been very blessed to have found honest hard working contractors and plumbers in the last several years. I was referred to Lee Kentala back, I believe in 2016. He did a beautiful job on my near 2000 square ft unit. Lee is honest and he will do everything to make sure you do not get taken advantage of. I cannot speak enough of how highly I regard him. Being out of state we have worked together remotely for the past 3 years. I had terrible tenants who moved right after, that damaged a lot the beautiful work he did. When they moved out Lee did everything possible to restore my unit for next tenant. I trust him implicitly.
