I provide therapeutic support and intervention for a variety of emotional and mental health concerns. I believe that every client is different, each presenting with a unique set of issues and challenges impacting their ability to function normally.
My therapist approach is very supportive in nature; if needed, I will assist clients in determining goals for therapy. However, my primary objective in counseling is to partner with my clients and empower them to find and create solutions that will help them achieve their goals outside of therapy.
My experience includes counseling in both Inpatient and Intensive Outpatient treatment settings for alcohol and substance abuse as well as Inpatient Psychiatric and Partial Hospitalization Programs. I'm accustomed to working in close collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care doctors and family members in an effort to provide excellent patient care.
I received my Masters Degree from Dallas Baptist University and lived in the Dallas area all of my life. I have very strong ties to Collin County area as I have lived around McKinney, Allen or Frisco most of my adulthood.
My therapist office in Plano sees patients from all over the Dallas Metroplex area including Plano, McKinney, Allen, Frisco, Dallas. I provide counseling for depression, addiction, anxiety, bipolar, spiritual issues, boundary, grief, divorce and codependency issues.
