- fifteen days notice is required for cancellation to avoid a cancellation charge. 60 days for graduations/special events Cancellation charge is equal to your deposit of 50% or one night's stay, whichever is greater. Early departures and cancellations will be refunded for days not stayed only if we are able to rebook the days; and your refund, if any, would be determined and sent to you after the intended reservation date. A non-refundable $25 administrative fee is applied to all confirmed reservation changes.
