Jessica Damoth graduated from the University ofFlorida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law, and was then admitted into the Florida Bar in 2004. In 2007, she opened her criminal law practice so she could begin fighting for her clients’ rights. Her practice is focused on criminal defense including but not limited to:
Drug crimes
Fleeing & eluding
Violation of probation
Theft/larceny/petit theft/burglary
DUI/DWI/BUI
Assault & battery
Traffic offenses (civil and criminal)
Grand theft auto
Public intoxication
She is always eager to keep learning about the criminal process and was very curious as to how the prosecution side of the criminal justice system worked. To learn more about the prosecutorial side, she became an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, which allowed her to gain insight and trial experience working as a prosecutor.
