Company description

The InservGroup is a home inspection company in Little Rock, AR serving the Central Arkansas market. Our clients include prospective home buyers, investors, homeowners, condominium and HOA associations, public agencies, attorneys, real estate agencies and brokerage firms acting on the behalf of home buyers or sellers. They know that they can always count on us for accurate, reliable information.

Our Promise to You:
We will treat your inspection as if I was inspecting for my family and give you my best professional judgment on its condition. I will be diligent and take pride in producing a qualified thorough inspection. We will provide my customers with dependable information so that they can make educated buying and selling decisions.

A home inspection is a visual inspection of the structure and components of a home to find items that are not performing correctly or items that are unsafe. If a problem or a symptom of a problem is found the home inspector will include a description of the problem in a written report and may recommend further evaluation.

Don't skip an inspection just because the house is new. New homes can have defects even though there were just built. A new homebuyer can greatly benefit from using a professional home inspector during the construction and completion of their new home. Most people assume that the contractor and sub-contractors are overseen by state or local government officials and that the local town or city building inspector checks the house out. This is true to some degree, however, few if any municipal inspectors spend anywhere near enough time in the home to fully check it out. Further, there could be problems with the home that are not necessarily code violations, yet have serious consequences for the new home owner.
