- Rates are per night and based on double occupancy. Method of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ATM cards, or cash. A credit card number is required to hold reservations. Debit cards are charged at time of reservation, rather than time of check in, as credit cards are. Cancellation Policy A $25 cancellation fee per room is charged for all cancellations. Should you reschedule your stay within one year from cancellation date, the $25 charge may be applied towards that future stay. We have a 2 week cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your stay within 2 wks. of your stay, and we are unable to re-book your room, you will be charged the full amount. We welcome you as our guests and hope you understand the reason for these policies, as we frequently may have to turn interested guests away when rooms are reserved.
