- Refund of the deposit will be made for cancellations received at least two weeks prior to arrival date. There after, deposits will be refunded less a $25 processing fee only if the entire reservation is rebooked. Groups-A 60 day notice of cancellation is required by groups reserving all rooms to insure a refund of the deposit. 50% deposit required for all bookings of 4 rooms or more.
