- We require a 30 day cancellation from May through October and for reservations of 3 or more rooms. From November through April, 15 days are required for cancellation. Your deposit will be refunded less a 10% service charge for cancellations received in the 15/30 day time period. Cancellations made within the 15/30 day period will be charged the full amount unless we are able to rebook the room. If the room is rebooked, we will refund the rebooked portion less a 10% service charge.
