- Because much planning and preparation precedes your arrival at Hope Springs Farm, we require a two week notice for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations must be made either by speaking (in person) with a reservationist or by e-mail. Answering machine messages do not constitute notification. Under a two-week notification forfeits your deposit. All "no shows" or cancellation the day of the reservation are the responsibility of the guest and full payment, the 50% deposit and the balance due will be charged to the guest. The cancellation period for group bookings, two or more rooms, is 90 days. Inclimate weather at the farm or the place of origin does not constitute exceptions to the cancellation policy.
