The Inn prides itself in choosing only the best ingredients so the menu changes from season to season. Currently, the Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls’ Restaurant entrees include Herb Roasted 1/2 Rack of New Zealand Lamb, Sicilian Penne Fresca, Grilled Filet Mignon with Burgundy, Fennel & Cardamom Rubbed Salmon, Blackened Jumbo Shrimp and Chicken Pancetta.
