I do not recommend renting from this place. Jon Espy is rude, condescending, and will lie to you. The emergency maintenance phone number is only answered during business hours. Our basement flooded on our second day in the home and the maintenance person showed up with a bag of old t-shirts and stood and watched my husband deal with standing water. They fixed the basement and promised zero problems going forward. It flooded again 3 months later. That was over a month ago and we still can't use our basement. When I emailed Jon Espy he said a date was set for the carpet installer and he would email me back with it. After I still hadn't heard back I emailed him again at which point he claimed no date was ever set but they may squeeze us in this week. I called him on his lie and all he had to say is Infinity is the best and they did nothing wrong. Never has anyone apologized or offered to recoup any of our rent for lost time and space. This is customer service at it's worst. They only care about themselves not customer satisfaction. Of course this flooding had never happened before. Use caution before renting from this guy.
