INFINITI of Memphis was opened by John Ellis, a retail automotive visionary, during the launch of the INFINITI brand in 1990, earning us the designation of an "INFINITI Legacy Dealership." We are in our 26th year of serving consumers in Memphis and the Mid-South region. INFINITI of Memphis is conveniently located on Germantown Road, one mile north of Interstate 40 in the Wolfchase Mall area.
We offer an impressive inventory of finely crafted new and certified pre-owned INFINITI automobiles, crossovers, and sport utility vehicles. We also maintain a variety of local, one-owner trade-in vehicles from other well-known marques. Our state of the art facility, which was completed in 2011, is a model of automobile dealership efficiency and functionality. To meet the demand of increased business, 2016 will also bring an expansion to our service and parts facilities.
We maintain a fleet of over forty-five INFINITI Service Customer Courtesy Vehicles. We also offer shuttle service to and from the Wolfchase Galleria Mall, theaters, and surrounding restaurants. If your schedule doesn't match ours, we have a staff of valet drivers who can pick up your vehicle at your home or office, leave you a courtesy vehicle if needed, and return your vehicle to you after servicing. Or, for basic services, we offer INFINITI Express Service for routine maintenance procedures. A complimentary hand wash, vacuum and tire detail is always available for any service visit. For added convenience, our service department is also open all day on Saturdays. Customers and visitors always have access to complimentary bottled water, fresh-baked cookies, snacks and fresh-brewed gourmet coffees and teas in our customer lounge.

INFINITI of Memphis realizes its obligation to give back to, and support local organizations and events. We have been a proud, longtime supporter of the Ovarian Cancer Awareness Foundation (OCAF). OCAF's mission is to bring awareness of the symptoms of ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is the most deadly of the five gynecological cancers. However, if detected soon enough, it can be defeated. The symptoms are commonly misdiagnosed because they mimic other benign conditions. OCAF's slogan, "Listen to Your Body," implores women to take any change in their abdominal physiology seriously, and if necessary, ask for a second opinion.
INFINITI of Memphis is also proud to participate in the Memphis Chapter of the PKD (polycystic kidney disease) Association's annual events.
We've been a long-time sponsor of the Live at the Garden concert series at the Memphis Botanical Garden. We also participate in the aluminum recycling program with the Memphis-Shelby County Humane Society. This program "turns aluminum cans into dog and cat food" with the proceeds from the recycled aluminum.
Rob Walker is the general manager, and has been involved in the dealership management since our doors opened in 1990. Our parts department manager, Paul Corbet, our shop foreman James Albonetti and our facilities manager, Terry Davis are also original employees.
We are a third generation, family-owned business. Johanna Ellis, our owner believes that everyone we come in contact with should feel welcome, confident, respected, valued, engaged, honored and enriched from their interaction with us.
