We are a Chicago based Real Estate School that provides classes for people interested in getting their real estate broker's license. We conduct classes that meet the State education requirements for taking the Broker's license examination. We use established and effective training methods to get students to apply and remember the concepts that they will need to pass the State exam. Through storytelling and real-life examples students are taught the material so they can recall it when being tested. Our commitment as a school is to assist our students to reach their goal of becoming a licensed real estate broker. We take the steps to help our students PASS the State exam.
We also conduct Post licensing classes that focus on how to become a successful real estate broker in today's market. Based on 22+ years in the real estate industry and almost a Billion dollars in real estate sales our instructors have the techniques that are necessary for new agents to become successful and build a sustainable business.
