HRP Associates, Inc. was founded in 1982 to serve the environmental needs of the regulated community subject to the newly-enacted Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA). Today, HRP is a multidisciplinary environmental and engineering consulting firm, with offices located in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas. We have completed projects in nearly every state.
