- 15 days cancellation during regular season, and 30 days during holiday or peak seasons. If you cancel 15/30 days prior to arrival date you receive your deposit back less $35.00. If you cancel less than 15/30 days prior to arrival date you receive your deposit back less $35.00 if we are able to re-rent your reserved space for the entire period of your reservation. During holidays and peak periods you receive your deposit less $35.00 back if you cancel 30 days prior to arrival date. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival your deposit is non refundable. All bookings made within the cancellation period deposits are non refundable.
