High Level Health - Omer is conveniently located on the corner of M-65 and US-23, directly next to the Mobil Gas Station. Our entrance is located off US-23. This location is cash only but there is an ATM on site. High Level Health is the home of Michigan’s most awarded cannabis, with 77 awards and counting. The Colorado High Level Health stores have been serving medical patients since 2009, and our first Michigan location opened here in East Tawas in May 2019. Our Budtenders regularly attended product trainings and are prepared to answer your questions and find a product that is right for you. ADA accessible.
