M. Daley Hill is the founder of HIA. Daley received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration. In addition, he has achieved the Certified Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Licensed Insurance Counselor designations, assisting in making him an expert in the financial and insurance industry.
