- Take Route 295 South to the end where it intersects with Route 95 South in Warwick. Take the first exit on Route 95 (Exit 10B - 117 West - West Warwick). Follow the directions below for Route 95 South.

- Take exit 10B (117 West - West Warwick). NOTE: This is the first half of exit 10. At the end of the exit ramp, proceed to the traffic light and make a Right turn onto Commonwealth Avenue. At the stop sign, make a Right turn onto Leon Whipple Road. At the next stop sign, make another Right turn onto Toll Gate Road. The building is on the right side : Kent County Professional. The office is Suite 203 on the second floor - there is a ramp at the rear of the building.

- Take exit 10 (Warwick, West Warwick). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Centerville Road. At the first traffic light, make a Right turn onto Commonwealth Avenue. At the stop sign, make a Right turn onto Leon Whipple Road. At the next stop sign, make another Right turn onto Toll Gate Road. The building is on the right side : Kent County Professional.
