- Your reservations will be held by your credit card. The card will not be charged when the reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card. If the reservation is canceled less than two weeks from the arrival date, and the room cannot be resold for the same length of time as the originally scheduled reservation, your credit card will be charged for one nights rent.
