- Cancellations/changes 30 days or more prior to the check in date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations/changes 8-29 days prior to the check-in date will be refunded one-half the deposit. Cancellations/changes 7-4 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit the full deposit. No shows and clients making cancellations/changes 3 days or less prior to the check-in date will be charged 100% of the cost of the original reservation. Property makes no concessions for early check-out or change of guests assigned to rooms.
