In early 2000, I found myself finishing a successful career in Law Enforcement and looking for a new challenge. As I pondered my military, law enforcement, security and life experience along with my passions, it was clear that security and loss prevention were in my future. I took a job that had me managing over 100 security and loss prevention personnel, with over half of them being contracted security guards. After dealing with 9 different companies and the same problems and frustrations over and over, I saw the need for real honest customer service, quality and follow up communication in the contract security field. All of us at Green Knight Security are of the same belief; we covet customer service over volume. After the typical security company signs you up they are working on getting the next contract. Meanwhile we will continue to work on bringing the highest level of service to our existing clients. Believing that referrals are the easiest and most cost-efficient method of gaining new clients, we strive to provide a level of client service that cannot be matched in today's private security industry. We accomplish this by meeting with clients on a regular basis in order to address the smallest of issues. Our management responds to client concerns quickly and with ultimate authority.
