Dr. Charles Galanis, a native of Milwaukee, completed medical school at the University of Wisconsin where he served as class president and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, a distinction only granted to the top 15% of medical school graduates. Upon completing medical school, Dr. Charles Galanis matched to and completed his internship and residency in general surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital which was ranked the #1 hospital in the nation by US News and World.
