- Cancellations (other than block reservations for weddings and other special events where the cancellation policy is 6 months out – non-refundable after that date) may be made up to 21 days before reservation date and receive a full refund – minus a $35.00 processing fee per room. Or you may choose a gift certificate good for the entire amount. Cancellation After 14 days, if the room cannot be sold, we will issue a gift certificate good for one year. The cancellation gift certificates will not be valid for Holidays & Foliage Season. Cancellations made within 21 days or less of reservation will forfeit deposit entirely. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for full amount & no gift certificate will be issued except in special circumstances. During Holidays and Foliage Season, cancellations must be made 28 days in advance in order to receive a refund – minus a $35.00 processing fee per room. After 28 days, the full deposit is forfeited
