- We enjoy guests from around the world and want you to feel welcome to enjoy our place as a "home away from home." From the 3 common area rooms where you can watch TV or put together a puzzle to enjoying the gardens from the gazebo or reading a book in the hammock, your time here can be a relaxing breakaway. We are locals. We grew up here so we know the area well and can direct you to out-of-the-way places that you might enjoy. Lancaster County conveys a simpler way of life and we invite you to visit us "where thoughtfulness and hospitality bloom."

- There is no fee for rooms canceled 10 days prior to arrival. Rooms canceled less than 10 days before arrival will be charged for one night. If we can re-rent the room, the refund is subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Any cancellation less than 3 days (72 hr.) before arrival will be charged for the entire reservation. No shows are billed for the entire reservation.
