My family and I had a very good time staying at your Hotel. The rooms are nice, clean, and the view was perfect overlooking the city. We had a great experience from check-in to check out. All the staff was very helpful from the security, servers in the restaurant, housekeepers, and supervisors. We greatly loved our stay here. Thank you!

Hotel Figueroa was amazing. The staff were all super friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant to the parking lot! I was traveling with my dog and they were super accommodating and friendly to him! The hotel is impeccably designed; my room was super cozy and the beds were soooo comfy. I had food from Veranda and they were maybe the best fish tacos and guacamole I’ve ever had. Will definitely come back!

What a great Hotel! Great breakfast, nice simple lobby bar, and rooms are very cleaned and well-arranged. Everything works well including the wifi. There was even a sauna on every floor to complete your memorable experience. I will be recommending your Hotel to all of my friends and family! I am very happy with this service!

Amazing hotel! I absolutely adored every aspect the hotel had to offer, breakfast had a wide variety range to choose from, with the eggs locally sourced, which is nice to see smaller local businesses also being included. I really enjoyed my stay here. I wanna thank the staff who accommodated me during my stay here for she's very helpful and nice to talk with.

An outstanding hotel offered services. The dining area was spacious. The lounge bar serves good mixed drinks as well. I am very happy that I was able to visit this place. I couldn't ask for more! The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. There are a coffee machine and tv with a great choice of channels, lovely bathroom, lovely bed linen, robes, and towels. It is well worth paying extra. I cannot praise the staff enough. Every staff member is so well-trained, they are friendly and helpful. They put the guest's needs first. Thank you for the great experience!

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in! At that time, we got a great price for our room. It was convenient in terms of location, costs, facilities, and services it offers. Wonderful hotel with great service and location! The hotel is close to everything but also has nearly everything you need with a great bar. The rooms are very comfortable with plenty of workspaces and a nice bathroom, and they even have a ping pong table! We will stay here again and recommend them to all of my colleagues.

The rooms at this hotel are good and the ones to the back are very quiet for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast is extensive, and during the service, a nice man comes round offering cake! I’m not sure cake normally features on my breakfast. Also, the employees are very friendly and will always greet you with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for five nights. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and the staff quickly accommodated us. The room is standard and clean, my wife specifically, like their pillows and the bar at the lobby is a good place to unwind. Overall the stay was wonderful, services are great as well. I highly recommend them!

This is a great hotel to stay in the area. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Whatever you need during your stay the staff will work with you to make your stay comfortable. The executive lounge is a nice perk too! They always greet you with a smile and willing to help with any questions. The room and building are well maintained and clean. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was good. The front desk was very accommodating, clean rooms, and accessible to the shopping area with a lot of restaurants nearby. And also, booking was convenient online and no hassle during the check-in. On the other hand, the staffs were very nice, they often asked us if we need some drinks and they also suggested foods to try, overall the experience was amazing. Thank you!

The room was wide enough and when we checked the comfort room it was very clean. Since I am particular in choosing a comfort room. We felt comfortable also with the staff for they were willing to accommodate us. All the facilities inside the room were functioning well.
