Any changes or cancellations regarding your reservation must be e-mailed at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to have the balance of your deposit refunded. Changes or cancellations after that time will result in a forfeiture of your entire deposit unless we are able to fully re-rent your room. Forfeited deposits may not be applied toward another booking. No changes or cancellations within 48 hours of arrival.
