I purchased a diecast crane in June 30 2012. Even though i knew there would be a delay for the shipment because they were being painted in livery colors. Waited 5 months, thats not what pissed me off . I cancelled the order because i wanted to buy some other diecast instead. Oh just wanted to add that we corrasponeded a few times and he even offered to refund my money on several occasions. Even though we have the right to cancel or return our order. Tried to order something 2 weeks after i cancelled and it says my account was cancelled. Tried to sign in as a new member, no luck. Emailed him 3-4 times no response. It,s been several days and usually he response in a couple of hours. Is he pissed of because i cancelled my order. What kind off business man is he? Won't keep his customers this way.
