All cancellations will be charged a $25 booking fee. Cancellations made within 14 days will only receive a refund for nights reserved if suite can be re-booked. All wedding packages will be charged a $100 booking fee. A $100 booking fee will apply on all wedding cancellations. When your reservation is for multiple rooms or the whole house there will be no refund unless all rooms can be rented. All refunds will be less a $50 processing fee. You are responsible for reservations made, NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR UNUSED PACKAGE ITEMS.
