My name is Erica Taylor and I Absolutely LOVE Real Estate. I have been involved with Real Estate in one way shape or form for 10 years now. I started off 10 years ago working for a land developer/ residential and Commercial builder. After a few years, my boss opened a Real Estate Franchise with Exit Realty. He loved my work ethic, so eventually I also went to work for Exit Realty at the front desk as a receptionist/assistant admin. I am an excellent multi-tasker, so I did this on top of also doing work for the builder. Eventually I decided that I didn't want to work up front, I fell in love with Real Estate and I just HAD TO HAVE my Real Estate License. So in 2012 I got my License and too this day I still work for the builder as well. I can honestly say I know the market from Dirt to Roof, to discussions to Paper, and am currently working to get my builders license to add to my vast wealth of knowledge and skills I have to offer people. I have an innate sense of loyalty to my clients, I can be
relied upon for support and to be there for your every, and any need, I have an intrinsic sense of responsibility, However despite being gentle and quick to help others, I can also be tenacious when it comes to standing up for my clients and making sure that they are getting the best treatment and best deal for their family and situation. I am highly intuitive and have a deep understanding of other's emotions and motives and therefore can be very useful in negotiations, as I understand exactly what is going on with incredible accuracy. Therefore, I am a suburb negotiator for any end whether it be selling your Home or helping you Purchase your Home. You can expect and rely upon me to be very dependable, punctual and willing to work long and hard.
I have lived in Warner Robins since 1997, my Late Father retired here, and I left for a little while then realized, after being a military brat and moving place to place every few years, that Warner Robins was my forever home. I moved back and have not looked back since. I believe that Warner Robins is a fantastic place to raise a family and grow. Warner Robins is a true melting pot of diversity of people and opportunities, that everyone, no matter what can feel welcome here. I hope that others fall in love with Warner Robins like I have!
