We have over 80 plans to chose from ranging from 1,000 sq ft – 2,500 sq ft, or you can bring in your own plans for a quote. Plans may be altered to meet your specific needs through enlargement or modification, and we do not charge the customer for drawing changes to the plans. At Elizabeth Homes we don't believe in limitations so we offer many options and upgrades including but not limited to garages, carports, fireplaces, garden tubs, bay widows, French doors, dormers, and insulation upgrades. As a bonus your new home will be covered by a full one year warranty
