Miami Beach Condo Remodel
We contacted EJD Construction in late August 2009 to schedule an estimate. Mr. Eric Scarborough arrived punctually and well prepared with materials including licensures & insurance, letters of reference, and exhibits of previous jobs. Within about one week Eric delivered a detailed written Proposal & Estimate. We made a number of modifications to the original proposal and Eric was very responsive in working with us. As we were living in another state while the work was being done, it was very important for us to select a contractor who was comfortable communicating by email & telephone.
We signed a contract with EJD for the remodel in early October 2009 agreeing that time was not of the essence and anticipating a completion date near year's end. The work was finished by Christmas. Mr. Scarborough and his workers were competent and professional throughout the entire process. Eric generates confidence as he discusses his work. He was helpful in offering suggestions based on his extensive experience in construction. We would heartily recommend Mr. Scarborough and his company for your home remodel.
