Duerksen & Associates, Inc. is a family owned and operated Property Management & Real Estate business since 1978. We are the largest single family management company in Corvallis.
We only contract with other local family business in the area to work on our rental units. We are passionate about our community and helping others become better Property Managers.
Jerry and Beckie Duerksen started their Real Estate and Property Management business in 1978.
Our family values are still very much a part of the daily operation. Steve Duerksen is the active Principal Broker while Dawn Duerksen is the active licensed Property Managers.
Most of our field contractors and office staff have been with us for over 10 years.
