I came in to the ER 5/1/13 in Doylestown Hospital (due to a panic attack) I didn't ask for a cat scan, but they gave me one. I get a ton of bills from DH, all of them accepted my medical assistance and/or a payment plan as I didn't have insurance at the time. Ronald Costanzo, M.D. sent me a bill for $200. His office stated 'we don't accept medical assistance' I then offered a payment plan, and they said 'no, you must pay in full, or we will just turn you over to the collection agency.' Now this doctor wont even let the collection agency accept a payment plan from me. A doctor is supposed to help their pateints. This one has cause me more stress rather than help.
