Dr. Joseph K. Kim earned his medical degree and also finished his residency at Temple University’s School of Medicine and Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He completed fellowship training in gastroenterology and hepatology at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital in New York City, New York. He is dual board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He has extensive specialty expertise in a range of gastrointestinal needs and disorders, including colon cancer, Celiac disease and inflammatory bowel diseases. He regularly performs the Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) procedure for esophageal, rectal, pancreatic cancer staging and biopsies.
