- Welcome to Dove Academy of Dance Arts, my name is Ericka Dove and I am owner and director of this Academy. My goal is to create a learning environment in which children learn more than just dance steps. By allowing them to use dance as a way to build character, self esteem, and self discipline, that will help shape their lives in a positive way and one which they will apply to their every endeavor.
