- Hello Everyone- My name is Mike Baker, I am the new CEO at Dirne Community Health Center and look forward to an opportunity to serve you. Dirne is a wonderful place that works hard to find solutions to provide affordable healthcare for our community. Dirne provided care to over 8,000 people last year during 33,000 patient visits. MISSION STATEMENT: “Dirne Community Health Center provides access to quality, comprehensive, integrated and preventative health care to the underserved of our community, with compassion and through collaboration and innovation.†SERVICES PROVIDED: The following services are available to everyone in our community regardless of ability to pay, income, or insurance status: •PRIMARY HEALTH CARE FOR ALL AGES, including: routine gynecological care, routine physicals, preventative care, immunizations, well-child exams, chronic illness management, urgent care, minor care for orthopedic injuries and lacerations, discounted prescriptions, and a medication assistance program for qualified individuals; •DENTAL SERVICES for Medicaid and uninsured patients including: comprehensive dental exams, x-rays, cleaning and fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings, simple extractions, and emergency dental care; •COUNSELING AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES including: marriage, family, individual adult and child counseling; psychiatric services; •OUTREACH / SUPPORTIVE SERVICES for all patients, including homeless or near-homeless; •WALK-IN CLINIC for homeless individuals with emergent health issues at the St. Vincent de Paul of North Idaho H.E.L.P.
