I have attended both couple counseling and individual counseling here for severe depression. The therapists are very professional and well-trained. Great to have a low-cost, income based counseling option. You do have to know that they don't have a receptionist, so you will be exchanging voicemails, but I have not had a problem. The counselors are truly caring and respecful. They are listening ears, but also give sound advice. This gave me impetus to attempt the most difficult things you have to do in life: Make real changes. Highly recommend.
