- Once a reservation is taken, there is a $20 processing fee for any cancellation. Our cancellation policy is 7 days (3 weeks for holidays and special events). If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days and we are unable to rebook it, there is a one night¿s lodging fee charged to your credit card. If we are able to rebook, there is only the $20 processing fee charged.
