A licensed home inspector in KY and IN, and I have been a
home inspector since 2010. Additionally, I am a Certified
Master Inspector. My knowledge as a home inspector is
based on 20 years of experience in the residential,
commercial, and industrial construction industries. Gratefully,
I’ve inspected over 5000 homes over the years. I use my
experience and knowledge in each area to provide an
accurate, thorough, and unbiased inspection of your potential
home. I follow the International Association of Certified Home
Inspectors standards of practice and the guidelines set forth
by the state of Kentucky.
