- Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the arrival date, less a $30 processing fee. Group reservations, holidays and wedding guest reservations require 30 day notice. If a reservation is canceled less than 14 days before arrival (or 30 days for holidays and special events) the deposit may be refunded only if ALL of the canceled nights are rebooked. Deposits are not transferable to another date unless the change is requested 7 days prior to your arrival date. You are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. Late arrivals and/or early departures will be responsible for the entire reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room.
