Started the job a week earlier than expected. Showed up with the right equipment to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Took care of a few changes to drainage and underground services. Quality of the finished product is awesome. They even worked the weekend to take advantage of a gap in the rainy weather. Kept the place clean and tidy at all times.Troy and Mike were very responsive - answered text messages and/or phone calls in minutes. Would be happy to work with these guys again if the chance arises.

They started the job in a timely manner and got done before the expected completion date. The crew worked through the rain and bad weather, they cleaned up after themselves every day.The house has a completely different look now. Overall, an awesome job!

The price very competitive. I ended up doing a back yard patio and the front driveway with sidewalk all around. When the rain comes the water will all flow away from the house in a very nice drainage system. The outcome very nicely done with artisan skills on the pavers. I'm very pleased!

Troy and his team did some fantastic work on our front and back yard. We are extremely happy with the result.Although the job took longer than expected due to the weather, they got it done and even worked weekends in between rainy days and were great at dealing with my impatience.The attention to detail, especially from the paving team was unbelievable. The team on site was always professional and left the job site clean and tidy.

Troy and his guys were awesome.Troy was always available via text or call and it made the process so much easier. He worked with us and helped us pick out the colors, gave his input but wasn't pushy at all. We added things last minute and he super cool about it. The guys were super friendly and respectful. Always cleaned up at the end of the day and the work they did was great. Will be calling them back to complete our outdoor kitchen. I highly recommend them!!!

Looked for a patio cover for my home got 3 estimates.Troy came out and spent the most time with me walking me through every step of the project and gave me great recommendations. They did an amazing job. I'm in love with me patio!!!!! Highly recommend these guys.

I had a storage shed built by Crafted Patios which they finished in two days. I had them install windows and two doors incase I decide to use it as an office in the future. They dis a fist class job, removed all the wastage and trash at the end of each day and at the end of the job. The quality of their workmanship was great. Troy also gave me very good advise on the details. I highly recommend them.

Recently we had an outstanding experience working with Crafted Patios company and it's owners who constructed an amazing padio cover on the second floor balcony in our house. The material the company uses is extremely light and durable and they match the color of the alluminum with the color of exterior walls.The extreme level of professionalism, possitive attitude, engineering and designing skills made it possible to convert our balcony into a real paradise! As the owner of the house I was impressed by the accuracy and promptness the work was completed, and especially by the fact that the owners of the company and the crew put their heart and soul into this project to make us so happy! We saw a sample patio cover at our local home and garden show. We made an appointment with Troy Criswell, who arrived promptly, helped us get the optimum design within our budgetary guidelines, and scheduled the install in a timely manner.Troy and his entire crew were professional throughout the process, installation went great. The cover is guaranteed waterproof when closed. Two days after install we had a spring rain, the cover is indeed waterproof. We couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to highly recommend Crafted Patios.

All working well and it is beautiful. Most impressive is the craftsmanship in the installation. They do beautiful work. Other impressive thing about this company is that the persons who sell and measure, Troy and Bryce, also help with the actual installation work when needed! That is impressive because it shows they really do know what they are talking about! I highly recommend Crafted Patios for your patio covers!

Troy is a true professional with immense knowledge regarding patio/pergola design. I called and spoke to several companies to help us with our project, and he was the only one that could do what we wanted to do. He was so helpful in answering all the questions we had and was a fantastic consultant on what would work for us. He was always great with correspondence and communication. The original asphalt, which we had patched and resurfaced a few times, was badly cracked and the original retaining walls were failing. Before and after photos posted below (different angles, apologies). We're very happy with the result.

I chose to go with Crafted Patios for a recent backyard project. Met with Troy who came out, was knowledgeable, and understood what I wanted. Price was agreed upon. A few weeks later, all work has been completed, and I'm very happy with the finished project. On the budget and on time. Thanks, guys! Also, a terrific job done by the install crew.
