Converged Communication Systems is an Avaya Expert Business partner that only sells new, avaya certified and warranted equipment. Our core market is the small and medium business which the Avaya partner and IP Office systems fit (3-360 phones per location). All equipment on site is NOT refurbished, opened, used, or gray market. All equipment comes with the manufacturer’s 1 yr parts warranty. Not only do we sell equipment, we have a full implementation and support staff. The CCS Support Group is certified and able to service, install, support, and offer maintenance plans to all avaya customers within the US.
