Dr. Hall is a preferred provider with Aetna, Anthem Blue 20 and 300, Delta, Guardian, and Met Life and also accepts Medicaid insurance. Comdent Dental has two locations to better serve our patients. One location is on the south side in Indianapolis, and the other location is on the north side in Fishers.
