Our installers are all Clarity Craftsmen. We never use random sub-contractors or day laborers, only Clarity Craftsmen because you just don’t get the same quality window installation in Dallas and Fort Worth.
Many contractors also install windows, doors, siding, roofing, basements, kitchens, bathrooms, decks, sunrooms, and on and on and on. We call this type of contractor a “Jack of All Trade, Master of None” because they spread themselves too thin to perfect any of their installation processes. We focus ONLY on windows and doors for Dallas/Ft. Worth—performing hundreds and hundreds of these two projects every year—so we’ve mastered the art of their installation.
We are constantly training with manufacturer representatives to stay up to speed on the best installation practices. When we begin your project, we’re more organized than an ant colony. We also take great care of your belongings—we always take our shoes off in your home when necessary, cover your furniture in plastic when necessary, and clean the jobsite every single day. And unlike 99% of other companies, we will thoroughly clean your windows after we install them.
Customer communication is extremely important to us. That’s why we call you before each day of your project to let you know when we’ll be arriving. If we get stuck in traffic, we’ll let you know we’ll be running a few minutes late, too. You will NEVER guess at when we’re coming to work on your project.
